With almost 20 years of experience we know what our customers expect from us: the safest, most reliable and efficient logistics service possible. To make this happen, we aim to serve customers according to the safety and service standards that at least match but preferably exceed the standards of our key customers.

We are pleased with the result of our annual customer satisfaction survey. The survey offers us the opportunity to initiate specific improvement actions in line with our customers’ requirements and needs. We aim to provide better service through training courses, competence management and further information systems through digitization. 

KTSB is a centralized industrial tank terminal providing safe and reliable services to customers on a long-term partnership basis.  Our focus on our core business, which is tank terminal, allows our customers to benefit from the economy of scale by concerting their efforts on increasing and improving the quality of their production while letting us manage the storage and logistic portion of their business.  All of our customers are located nearby in Kertih Integrated Petrochemical Complex (KIPC) and Kertih Bio-Polymer Park (KBPP).
